There's something about a table full of sharing plates that brings people closer.

This Middle Eastern feast was all about that — chicken and apricot tagine, slow-cooked lamb shwarma, smoky roasted carrots, charred veg, all passed hand to hand while the wine and conversation kept flowing.

Good food has a way of slowing everyone down to spend meaningful time together.

Whether it's a one-off dinner for a special night, or a private chef for your whole Verbier holiday, it's those moments that I love creating.

Save this for your next Verbier trip!

The winter season's cooking is over now. A massive thank you to all my awesome clients I've seen since December, it was a treat cooking for friends old and new!
Moving into spring, I'll still be available for batch cooking (perfect for stocking the freezer, especially for those with specific diets) and of course as always dinner parties at home in our spectacular region.
