In addition to my work as a private chef, I also have experience in managing high-end properties and can offer support to chalet owners, both in resort and in your absence.

I am fluent in French, and I can liaise and manage contractors, oversee renovations, field enquiries and generally be 'on the ground' support for any long- or short-term projects you might wish to undertake.

I can organise, oversee and verify any important deliveries or installations, or simply arrange annual electricity checks or chimney sweeping.

I can also make sure your chalet is heated, cosy, clean and fully-stocked for your arrival in resort, and I can help with any staffing needs you might have - including of course my own chef services if required.
